Justice Mobility Through a Just Transition — Designing a Game
Saturday October 26, 2024 10:30am - 12:00pm PDT
235
Climate change impacts everyone unequally. Despite efforts in mitigation and adaptation, frontline communities bear the brunt. To achieve real change, we advocate a just transition grounded in deep democracy. This workshop explores creating learning games to foster critical thinking on systemic transportation disparities. Participants will engage in co-creation, playing, and feedback to explore the game’s potential in informal and formal education, promoting a practical understanding of a just transition.
